
Easy pizza dough recipe
This pizza dough recipe is quick, easy, and perfect for creating a delicious homemade pizza. It requires just a few basic ingredients: flour, water, yeast, olive oil, sugar and salt. Simply mix the ingredients, knead the dough, let it rise, and then stretch it out to your desired thickness. Ingredients
- 400g flour
- 220g water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 20g fresh yeast or 7g instant yeast
- 30g olive oil
- 1 tsp salt

Directions
- Dissolve fresh yeast in water; if using instant yeast, put it into flour in step 3
- Put flour in the mixing bowl
- Add sugar, olive oil and salt to the flour.
- Mix the ingredients
- Pour water into flour
- Work the dough until smooth consitency
- Pour a little olive oil into a mixing bowl, and place the dough in it.
- Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap.
- Leave the dough resting for around 60 minutes.
- Degas the dough and divide it into 4 balls.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
- Heat the oven to the maximum temperature, or if using a pizza oven, 400°C
- Stretch the dough balls. Watch on YouTube how to do it properly. DO NOT USE A ROLLING PIN.
- Add sauce, cheese, and other toppings.
- Bake for 8 minutes in 250°C. 4 minutes in 400°C.
