Ingredients
- 400g wheat flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 20g fresh yeast
- 310ml of warm water
- 1/2 tsp of sugar

- 🍳 Cook time: 50 min
Equipment
- Bread Loaf Pan
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar.
- Put flour, oil, salt and water with yeast into a bowl.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Cover the bowl with plastic film or cloth
- Pour the dough into loaf pan
- Smooth out the dough with a wet hand.
- Turn on the oven to 220 Celsius.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes.
